Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Prices are determined by the weight of the order and its destination. From time to time, we may offer shipping specials that reduce the shipping cost to a flat rate instead of a calculated rate.
For the following 27 countries, we offer a much cheaper and faster ePacket service which offers 10-20 business day transit time with tracking at a much lower cost than any other comparable service with similar transit times: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. An important distinction of choosing this service is that we must send at least 30 packets at a time, which may mean your order will not ship from our warehouse immediately. As soon as 30 international orders are queued, we will ship these orders together. During the holiday shopping season, or shortly after releasing a new product, this threshold is typically reached every few days, but during slower months, it may take 1-2 weeks. Please e-mail us if you have questions about the average lead-time, but if you are in a rush to get your package, you're best choosing First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International.
This varies from country to country. Please note you are responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to your package as we have no control or oversight of this process and do not charge taxes to you upon purchase. If duties (VAT/VST, etc) are needed in your country, you should expect to pay them before receiving your shipment.
Failure to pay your fees will result in the package being held at your local customs agency and/or returned to us. Bounced packages can be reshipped at your expense. We can only issue refunds for bounced packages, less shipping costs, containing merchandise that is not damaged upon return.
